Work process
Facade coating always begins with thorough preparation, since proper surface treatment is the foundation of a durable and attractive result. As a first step, the work area is prepared, the surroundings are covered and protected, and scaffolding is erected where necessary. The facade is then cleaned with a high-pressure machine to remove dirt, dust, deposits, and other contaminants.
After cleaning, repairs appropriate to the condition of the surface are carried out. The base price includes up to 5 m² of repairs; any repairs beyond this are subject to an additional charge. The repaired surface is then prepared with a deep primer, which ensures the facade coating adheres properly and can be applied evenly. Finally, the facade coating is applied in two layers, giving the surface durable, resilient, and attractive protection.

Product variants
StoColor Solical is a sol-silicate-based exterior facade paint that offers high colour stability, good coverage, and high vapour permeability even without a biocidal film preservative. StoColor Solical G is the enhanced version of the original Solical, made with an encapsulated film preservative — we recommend it for renovating facades that are especially prone to algae or fungal growth.
Sol-silicate base
It combines the natural, mineral character of silicate systems with the reliability of modern coatings. It gives the surface a matt, elegant appearance while supporting the long-term protection and value retention of the facade.
Texture-retaining surface
The texture-retaining property helps the coating preserve the character of the base surface. This is particularly advantageous on facades where a natural, mineral effect and a durable, refined appearance are important.
